Please follow these simple booking procedures:

Phone or email Mara (details on Contact page) to check dates and discus your requirements. We will email or fax you a provisional booking form detailing all aspects of your booking and deposit details. Deposits are due within 72 hours of sending the provisional booking form. After this time you will be contacted by Mara to ascertain if the booking is still required.

On receipt of the deposit you will be sent a booking confirmation. The balance of deposit is payable on arrival.

All cancellations will be charged a 15% administration fee plus:
25% of deposit          -          within 21 days of arrival
50% of deposit          -          within 14 days of arrival
75% of deposit          -          within 3 days of arrival
whereafter 100%  of the deposit will be forfeited.
